Role – HR Generalist
Location – Udaipur, Rajasthan
About the role
Your objective will be to support all the basic sub-domains of human resource department while assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
Role and Responsibility:
- Implement and execute company’s HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
- Bridge company and employees’ relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Assist employees with various HR-related concerns, such as leaves and compensation, and help to resolve them.
- Execute compensation, attendance and leave management processes
- Assist the team in recruitment and selection processes
- Encourage HR programs that will result in a productive and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks in performance management system
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure legal compliance, support training and development activities
- Assisting with employee onboarding and training and development
Essential qualifications and skills
- Post-graduation (MBA) in relevant stream from a recognized institute/university or equivalent with good academic track record
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as HR Generalist
- Basic knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC compliances and employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office with good email and internet research skills
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Problem-solving skills and a desire to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Flexibility to work in any shift timings
